At La Fiancée, we are committed to sharing the values of caring and mutual support within our teams.
Collaborative work is essential to cultivate the creative energy and good humor that reflect our collections.
Since 2021, we have been encouraging our teams to participate in the CSR project (name?) so that everyone can get involved in the life of the company and submit ideas.

Communication and team cohesion
To ensure the well-being of our employees, we rely on good internal communication to keep everyone up to date with the projects underway in each division.
Every Monday begins with a friendly meeting to motivate everyone and get the week off to a good start.
The common areas have also been redesigned to make everyone feel at ease: meeting room, fully-equipped break area, outdoor space.

Raising awareness of eco-responsible actions
Continuing our eco-responsible approach, we have completely eliminated plastic from our offices.
Rennes Métropole also helped us set up an internal sorting system. Our offices are now equipped with sorting bins and compost in common areas.
In addition to being a key factor in improving working conditions, telecommuting considerably reduces the environmental impact of our employees' commutes.

We support Reach for the Moon India, of which Pascale Mordret is vice-president, which provides aid, hygiene and education to orphaned and homeless children, and to women in northern India.
We also support Prométhée Humanitaire, which helps street children around the world.

La Fiancée joins forces with “Un Rien C'est Tout” association
This year, La Fiancée is joining forces with “Un Rien C'est Tout” to support essential causes. Together, we're supporting RoseUp, which helps women affected by cancer, and Baskets aux Pieds, which improves the daily lives of hospitalized children. Every donation counts, and La Fiancée doubles it for an even greater impact. Together, let's dress in solidarity!

Our commitments to tomorrow's fashion
Established for over 30 years in the ready-to-wear sector, La Fiancée has evolved with the times.
With the desire to become an increasingly responsible brand, since 2021, with the support of Sandra Wielfaert, a CSR consultant specializing in sustainable fashion; we have put in place a strategy aimed at framing our already established actionsas well as our long-term objectives.
Reducing our environmental impact
Aware of the implications of manufacturing our collections, we want to pay close attention to our transport system, giving preference to shipping, considering a new packaging solution and managing the recycling of clothes from our old collections.
