The terms and conditions of the “Fiancée du mois” game (hereinafter the “Game”) are provided for in these regulations (hereinafter the “Rules”). Any violation of one or more provisions of the Rules may, at La Fiancée's discretion, result in the disqualification of the participant in the Game.

Article 1. Organization of the Game
The company SAS Le Delta du Mekong, SAS registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the number Rennes 395 371 370 and whose head office is at 14 bis rue des Aulnes - 35590 Saint Gilles Organizes a free competition without obligation to purchase, hereinafter the Organizer
Duration: from Tuesday September 14, 2021 at 10:00 am to Friday December 31, 2021 at 6:00 pm (hereinafter the “Duration”).
Purpose: The Rules determine the terms and conditions of the free and no-obligation game “La Fiancée du mois”, by which La Fiancée offers one (1) Winner per month (i.e. a total of four (4) Winners over Time) a purchase voucher worth one hundred euros all taxes included (100 € TTC) valid for one (1) year on the official website www.lafiancee-shop.fr and in La Fiancée stores in Paris, Nantes, Rennes and Saint Malo.

Article 2. Terms of participation
The Game is exclusively open to Instagram users residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States of America and adults in their country on the day of their registration, having access to an internet connection and having an address valid email, with the exception of employees and representatives of La Fiancée, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisers and members of their families (hereinafter the “Participants”). By participating in the Game, the Participant authorizes La Fiancée to use its content on its official website www.lafiancee-shop.fr and on all media known or unknown to date, in particular the internet and social networks, without this use being able to give for any consideration other than the prize won, for the purposes of promoting the results of the Game.
To be able to participate in the Game and have a chance to win the "prize" (as defined below in Article 4), Participants must cumulatively:
- Subscribe to the @ lafianceeofficiel Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/lafianceeofficiel/);
- Post a photo or story of a piece from the current La Fiancée collection or a look featuring at least one piece from the current La Fiancée collection on their Instagram account in public mode until the end of the Game;
- Mention the hashtag #lafianceedumois on their post;
Posts meeting all of the above conditions are hereinafter referred to as "Posts".
Posts posted before or after the Term will not be taken into account. Only one Post per Participant and per day will be taken into account.
By participating in the Game, the Participant accepts these Rules.

Article 3. Designation of the winner
3.1. One (1) Winning Participant will be selected by the La Fiancée team each month during the Term by selecting the most beautiful photo from among the Posts on Instagram (hereinafter the "Winners"). The results will be announced every first Monday of the month on Instagram.
3.2. Each Winner will be informed by private Instagram message. If a Winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seven (7) days following the day of La Fiancée's attempt to contact him and / or (iii) refuses the prize described in Article 4, the latter definitively waives the rights to win and receive the prize, and an alternate Winner will be designated. After contacting the Winner and verifying that he meets all the terms and conditions for participation in the Game, in particular by submitting to any additional verifications required by La Fiancée, the Winner is definitively declared "Winner" of the Game.

Article 4. Lot
4.1 The prize will be awarded to each of the Winners who must be Participants meeting the terms of participation.
4.2 The prize consists of: one (1) voucher worth one hundred euros all taxes included (100 € TTC) valid for one (1) year from its issue, on the official website www.lafiancee-shop .fr and in La Fiancée stores in Paris, Nantes, Rennes and Saint Malo.
This voucher is personal and cannot be the subject of an exchange or give rise to a cash consideration. It is valid for a period of one (1) year from its issue, (hereinafter the "Lot").

Article 5. Prize delivery
The Winners will be contacted by private Instagram message on their account within three (3) working days of their designation and will receive their voucher within seven (7) working days of the confirmation of their contact details.
As a result of the acceptance of the Lot, each Winner authorizes La Fiancée to use his first name and / or his Instagram pseudonym, his city of residence, and his post including the hashtag #lafianceedumois on any media known or unknown to date, in particular internet and social networks, without this use giving rise to any consideration other than the Prize won, for the purposes of promoting the results of the Game.
La Fiancée cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, damage, malfunction of the Internet network or of the IT equipment of the Participants. The Lot not used during its period of validity will lapse and will remain acquired by La Fiancée.


Article 6. Processing of personal data
All personal data collected by La Fiancée remains confidential and subject to the Privacy Policy / processing of personal data available on www.lafiancee-shop.fr.

Article 7. Special conditions for publications
Participants are formally prohibited from publishing or posting any texts, statements, quotes, photographs, images or more generally any obscene, defamatory content, in violation of intellectual property rights or any other right of a third party, or legal provisions and regulatory.

Article 8. Miscellaneous provisions
LE DELTA DU MEKONG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE LOT.
Le Delta du Mekong accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay or error, in particular due to failure of computer equipment, software, Internet browsers, computer networks or Internet connection.
Le Delta du Mekong reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant who attempts to interfere with the progress of the Game, in particular by the use of a robot or any automated process.
Le Delta du Mekong reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Game in the event that it is impossible to finalize the Game due to an event of force majeure, or any bug, virus, intrusion or technical error.
The Game and the Rules are subject to French law.

Article 9. Data processing and Freedoms
The personal information collected in the context of this Game is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78–17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by law n ° 2018–493 of June 20, 2018. All Participants in the Game have access to in application of article 106 of the amended law of a right of access or rectification to the data concerning them. Any request for access, rectification or opposition must be addressed to La Fiancée.

Article 10. Literary and Artistic Property Rights
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this Game are strictly prohibited. The brands cited are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
