At La Fiancée, ever since the brand was founded, all women’s fashion styles have been available in sizes 36 through 46. But for several seasons now, we’ve been offering more and more styles in sizes up to 50 , 52 and 52/54. This reflects the brand’s genuine commitment to more inclusive plus size fashion for all women.
Everyone should be able to dress however they like. That’s why we create colorful fashion collections featuring a diverse range of pieces designed for all brides and all sizes. Comfortable clothing designed for all body types, from petite to plus sizes.
How are plus-size clothes designed at La Fiancée?
At La Fiancée, we adapt our designs to each size to offer comfortable plus-size women’s clothing. In fact, our design teams revise the patterns to meet the expectations and needs of larger sizes. This may involve adjusting sleeve length, garment length, bust room, or the fit of drawstrings, as well as the placement of panels, elastic, or other details.
Listening to Our Plus-Size Customers
To ensure that we can always best meet our customers’ expectations, we make a point of reaching out to them and listening to their feedback and opinions. We hold regular fitting sessions at our Saint Gilles offices and conduct customer surveys.
In March 2020, we worked with “Les élégantes courbes” to gather numerous reviews and also to participate in their fashion show project. This wonderful organization aims to celebrate all body types by organizing fashion shows with no criteria, for all women and men who love fashion and are comfortable in their own skin.
Creating collections for all women requires regular communication with our customers so that we can better understand their needs and desires, regardless of their age, size, or body type.
