Our certifications
Biological Materials
Organic cotton is cotton grown without pesticides, insecticides, or chemicals. Natural compost replaces chemical fertilizers. Organic cotton is water-efficient, safe for farmers, environmentally friendly, soft, durable, healthy, and hypoallergenic.
LENZING™ ECOVERO™
The wood used to produce LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers comes from sustainably managed forests.
The manufacturing process generates up to 50% fewer emissions and uses up to 50% less water than traditional viscose, resulting in an eco-friendly material that is biodegradable.
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose has a soft, supple feel with aesthetic, comfort, and breathability properties similar to those of silk.
REACH
REACH is a European regulation implemented in 2007 that allows for “the identification, evaluation, and control of chemical substances manufactured, imported, or placed on the European market.” As far as we’re concerned—the textile industry—this refers to the paint used in textiles (which is a chemical substance) that must be registered with REACH. The primary objective of this regulation is to “protect human health and the environment from the potential risks posed by chemical substances.”
